HAIR INSTRUCTIONS & POLICY
**Please purchase hair prior to your appointment.**

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Hair: 
Kanekalon regular length for buns.
Xpressions length for long hanging braids.
2 Goddess / Fishtails - 3 packs
3 Goddess / Fishtails - 4 packs
4 Goddess / Fishtails - 5 packs.
Goddess /Fishtail Up-sweep - 5-6 pks.
For all other braids please inquire.

PREPPING YOUR HAIR:
Hair needs to be clean, blow dried & comb-able prior to your appointment.
If extra services are rendered before braiding upon request, extra fees will be applied. Click here
Do not put ANY products in your hair. NO LEAVE IN CONDITIONERS!
Please make sure your scalp and hair are free from any disorders (such as Cradle Cap, Psoriasis, Heavy Dandruff, Ring Worm, Head Lice, Sores or any such which may need to be medically treated). Services may be denied if scalp and or hair needs medical treatment. Once scalp has been treated and healed; only then can an appointment be honored. If consultation is needed to determine the right course of action on possible treatments by the purchase of products please feel free to contact me, otherwise; please consult a physician. This rule keeps in the safety of other clients and stylist.

NATURAL HAIR:
If your hair is natural, please follow the “Prepping your hair” instructions. The texture of natural hair is curlier than relaxed; your hair need to be blow dried from the scalp upward to elongate your curls. If you do not thoroughly dry and blow out your hair, I can do it here and it will be an additional $15+ charge added to your ticket. **If extra services are rendered before braiding, extra fees will be applied. **

PRODUCTS & TOOLS:
I use Shea butters, gel, spritz, blow dryer and neck trimmers (for shape up), hair thread and needle when doing most braids on both natural & relaxed hair.

BEING ON TIME:
Each client is given a 10 min grace time for being late, only upon a call or text at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
After 10 minutes and no notice given a $5.00 late fee will start after the first 10 minutes and every 15 minutes afterwards up to 30 minutes of “No Show Statues”
Once you’ve arrived for services, your late fees will have to be paid prior to receiving any services. Otherwise your appointment is cancelled. **PLEASE UNDERSTAND, I DO ENFORCE LATE FEES! **


CHILDREN ARE CUTE AND LOVE TO PLAY, PLEASE KEEP THEM HOME ON APPOINTMENT DAY:
If you have small children, we ask that you make provisions for them prior to your appointment. This keeps the flow of services steady and without delay. Our appreciation is given greatly.

NO WAITING ROOM FOR GUEST:
If you have a ride, they can drop you off until pick up time or wait in the vehicle. no exception, We apologize for any inconvenience.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have to cancel an appointment, please send a text, call or email at least 3 hours before your appointment time. Thank you.

DEPOSITS: Deposits secures your appointment
A $10.00 or more non-refundable deposit is required prior to all appointment via CashApp.
Deposits will be included in the final payment of your style cost.
Refunds are not given to call outs, reschedules, no shows, etc...
